This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding order processing, shipment, and delivery.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Japan only.

  • Eligible shipping areas: All regions within Japan, including Honshu, Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa

  • International shipping: Not available


2. Shipping Cost

All orders qualify for free shipping.

No additional shipping fees will be charged beyond the listed product prices.


3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (Japan Standard Time / JST)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding Japanese public holidays)

Order processing includes order confirmation, product preparation, packaging, and shipment arrangement.


5. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our designated warehouse listed below:

We do not misrepresent or falsify the shipping origin.


6. Transit Time

  • Estimated transit time: 3–4 business days

  • Business days: Monday to Friday

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


7. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 4–6 business days
    (Order processing time + transit time)

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or carrier-related issues.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance-related fees for shipments to Japan are fully covered by us.

Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


9. Shipping Carriers

Orders are delivered by reliable third-party logistics providers selected by us based on destination and logistical conditions.

Shipping carriers may change without prior notice.


10. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including the carrier name and tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available depending on the carrier’s system updates.


11. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Any post-shipment requests will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


12. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Customs inspection procedures

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Operational issues of shipping carriers

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
